winemaking
Manual harvesting. Pelicular maceration for 3 hours. Soft pressing with selection of the first juices. Controlled fermentation temperature at 18° C and aging on fine lees then stored in French oak wood barrels until bottling.
tasting
Beautiful and very pale flesh color. Complex nose of vanilla, licorice and ripe fruit, creamy fig and apricot. Soft palate, lot of volume and length, finishing with very fine woody notes and fragrances.
