winemaking
Manual harvesting. Short pelicular maceration followed by a soft pneumatic pressing. Selection of the first juices. Thermostated controlled winemaking at 17°C followed by aging on fine lees until bottling.
tasting
Very elegant rose petal colour. Expressive exotic fruit nose, lychee, citrus and violet fragrances. Mouth with sharp attack, agreeable freshness and good length finishing with red berries, cassis and raspberry notes.
