Manual harvesting. Soft pressing with selection of the first juices. The fermentation temperature is controlled at a steady 18°C with an aging on fine lees.
tasting
Beautiful colour with bright green glints.The palate is delicate with fragrances of white flowers and Provence broom in bloom. The wine is wide in mouth, well balanced with a delicate finish of refreshing notes of citrus and lime. Very enjoyable altogether.
