Manual harvesting and plot selection. Long maceration, 3 weeks at 28 ° C.
Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

tasting

Beautiful deep garnet color with an early curled reflection curled. Complex nose, spicy, smoky, peppery followed by berry brandy fragrances, to return to notes of vanilla and subtile undergrowth. The palate is rich, full of very present tannins with great persistence. A true Vin de Garde that should reach its peak in late 2022-2023 which can be potentially safely stored for 8 to 10 years.
